At Nana Janes, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We take pride in providing high-quality, custom printed products made just for you. Because each item is printed to order, we want to make sure every purchase meets your expectations.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All of our products are made to order based on your selected design, color, size, and style. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage during shipping. Items with names or monograms cannot be returned.
Order Accuracy & Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you receive an item that is:
- Printed incorrectly,
- Arrives damaged, or
- Is not the correct size, color, or product you ordered,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customprints.nanajanes@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo of the product. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund once the problem is verified — at no cost to you.
Sizing & Color Disclaimer
Please review the size charts and color options carefully before placing your order. Screen colors may vary slightly from actual printed items depending on your monitor or device settings. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or color preference.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if printing has not yet begun. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
Our Promise

We do not offer refunds on products that have been used, washed, or worn.
We do not refund the original or return shipping cost.
If your product was printed wrong we will reprint according to your specifications with the return of the wrong item.
